Why do I love NaNoWriMo?  Because tonight I wrote a scene in which Luke Skywalker wore a paper birthday hat, Mara Jade wore a birthday sash and sparkly tiara, and Corran Horn slashed through a wampa pinata with his lightsaber. 

And it makes total sense in context of the story. 

No, I'm not going crazy.  Or AM I? 


(23,100 words so far, and I'm not even 1/4 done with the story.  Oh my.)
